Speedway Motors Launches Cover Car Contest

Speedway Motors has announced it will celebrate customers and their cars during Customer Appreciation Week, July 26-30, with giveaways and a contest to be on the cover of their Race, Street or Muscle catalog.

“Customer Appreciation Week is our way of recognizing all of the hours, blood, sweat and tears our customers are putting into their projects,” said Clay Smith president and owner of Speedway Motors. “We’re truly partners in your project and want to celebrate what you’ve accomplished giving three lucky customers the opportunity to have their car professionally photographed and featured on our catalog cover.”

The grand prize will be awarded to three winners of the contest and includes one image on the cover of a Speedway Motors catalog, one editorial feature spread within the Speedway Motors catalog, one blog post on Speedway Motors’ website, and a professional photoshoot of the vehicle, at an approximate value of $5,000.

One hundred ancillary prizes will also be awarded, which will consist of a hat, shop rag, mug, can cooler, wrench set and a $25 Speedway Motors gift card at an approximate value of $100. Every order placed July 26-30 will receive a free sticker sheet while supplies last.

To enter the Cover Car Contest, which runs from July 26-August 6, visit SpeedwayMotors.com/Contest and share the story behind your car along with up to three photos (an image is required to win). No purchase is necessary, but you must be 19 years of age or older to enter. Only one entry per person, but you may submit multiple vehicles in a single entry.

You can find some examples of vehicles built with Speedway Motors including Bobby’s Model TZach’s Model A Pickup, and Jennifer’s ’60 Cadillac on the contest website. To enter the Cover Car Contest: SpeedwayMotors.com/Contest.
