Cleveland Speedway opened its doors in 1954. The facility was owned and operated by legendary driver and inaugural NASCAR World 600 winner Joe Lee Johnson for much of its history. The property spans 23.8 acres and features a 1/3 mile clay oval.

Cleveland Speedway located in Cleveland, Tennessee, near Chattanooga is a clay track on prime real estate, located just off of I-75, the most heavily traveled Interstate corridor in the east.
 Cleveland Speedway opened its doors in 1954. The facility was owned and operated by legendary driver and inaugural NASCAR World 600 winner Joe Lee Johnson throughout much of its history.

The property spans 23.8 acres and features a 1/3 mile clay oval. The owner recently invested a large sum toward parking, new bleacher seats, and updated press boxes and concessions. As of now, the entire facility is in better shape than ever.

The owner was originally asking $1.8 million, but has recently lowered his asking price drastically to $1.25 million.
