Foley Engines Celebrates a Full Century of Service

Foley Industrial Engines located in Worcester, MA is celebrating its 100th anniversary as a warehouse distributor of industrial engines and parts. Founded in 1916, the company has evolved over the years to become a leading specialist in Perkins and Deutz engines.

Jay W. Foley, the company’s president, is a past director of the AERA, and the company has been a long active member in the association offering an extensive program of factory remanufactured Deutz and Perkins engines. Foley also specializes in Twin Disc over-center clutches and supplies diesel exhaust scrubbers for off-highway equipment.

The company also shares its knowledge willingly and has published more than 200 award-winning Dr. Diesel Tech Tips aimed at the professional engine community. These tech tips are written in a friendly, casual manner and cover the basic how-to of maintaining and rebuilding most industrial engines such as Continental, John Deere, Perkins, Deutz and Cummins B Series.
