Air Flow Research (AFR), a cylinder head manufacturer for street enthusiasts and racers, has announced that Alex George has joined its marketing team.
George will be responsible for growing the company’s online presence and overall customer engagement in his new position. He brings over six years of automotive aftermarket experience, holding positions in sales, marketing, and operations.
“It’s no secret that digital marketing, and more specifically, social media marketing campaigns, are critical to automotive aftermarket awareness,” George said. “I am very fortunate to join such an innovative company that has dedicated itself to the highest standards in the industry.”
A third-generation drag racer, George has several wins under his belt, including the 2016 and 2017 NHRA Summit Series Super Pro Track Championship at Irwindale Speedway and the 2018 Heritage Series Hot Rod Championship at the California Hot Rod Reunion.
George will also play an instrumental role in AFR’s marketing communication strategy.
