NHRA Names New South Central Division Director

Johnson will oversee NHRA member tracks in Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Louisiana, Arkansas and Mississippi.

The NHRA, based in San Dimas, CA, has named Jonathan Johnson as the division director for the South Central Division (Division 4). Johnson will oversee NHRA member tracks in Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Louisiana, Arkansas and Mississippi.

Prior to being named NHRA Division Director, Johnson was the president at JKJ Auto Parts and was most recently the south region parts and service manager with National Trailer Source, the NHRA said.

The South Central Division oversees several NHRA Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series events in addition to the upcoming Cajun NHRA SPORTSnationals at No Problem Raceway in Belle Rose, Louisiana, and the Texas NHRA FallNationals at Texas Motorplex in Dallas as part of the NHRA Mission Foods Drag Racing Series.
