Kristen Phipps Joins Hastings Team as Director of Business Development

Kristen Phipps comes to Hastings with more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience including 16 years at Federal-Mogul, where she managed numerous functions ranging from operations, customer service, inside sales, brand marketing, global supply chain, and global marketing.

UnknownHastings Manufacturing Company, a 100-year global piston ring manufacturer, has announced the appointment of Kristen Phipps as Director of Business Development. Phipps will report to Jeff Guenther, Vice President of Business Development.

Phipps comes to Hastings with more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience including 16 years at Federal-Mogul, where she managed numerous functions ranging from operations, customer service, inside sales, brand marketing, global supply chain, and global marketing.

In her new role with Hastings, Kristen will provide full support of Hastings sales and marketing global growth plans. Hastings value is not just in piston ring products—It’s in people like Kristen, her knowledge, passion and willingness to help create customer solutions.

Kristen’s education background is extensive including a BA from Hillsdale College, Master of HR and Project Management from Villanova University, and a MBA from Wayne State University.  She is a dedicated volunteer for the Boy Scouts. Kristen resides with her family in South Lyon, Michigan.
