SADEV Racing Transmission to Showcase New Innovations at PRI

SADEV Racing Transmission, a manufacturer whose transmission systems have powered race cars to victory at the highest levels of competition, will offer PRI attendees a one-of-a-kind experience at this year’s show.

In addition to showcasing its world-class lineup of products for 2WD, 4WD, EV and high horsepower, as well as transverse, inline and transaxles, SADEV Racing Transmission will feature a full-size gearbox build stand in its booth (#3139 in the Yellow Hall) to demonstrate for buyers and media the complete inner workings of a sequential transmission.

The company also will have technical, sales, marketing and operations experts on hand from both its European and U.S.-based teams to answer questions and offer guidance on how to optimize its gearboxes for off-road, rally, drifting, GT, open wheel and more.

Taking center stage at PRI 2023 will be SADEV’s SCL924LT, a lightweight yet incredibly strong and efficient 2WD inline gearbox specifically designed as a direct replacement for the Tremec T-56 Magnum. Allowing customers to upgrade their cars to a true sequential shift race transmission, it’s precision-engineered for high-powered engines found in GT, rally, off-road and other types of racing.

In fact, SADEV will bring its full line of SCL924 inline 6 speed sequential transmissions to PRI. Perfectly suited for the US motorsport market, all versions come with torsion bar dampened internals for superior durability; removable oil filters and inspection ports allow you to inspect the transmission internals without removing the transmission from the car.

Corvette owners seeking to transform their vehicle into a true sequential shift race car will be particularly interested in SADEV’s SCL924 C5/C6 Corvette Kit.

Innovation has long been a calling card for SADEV, and sharing the spotlight in Indianapolis will be its S-EV90. This versatile electric reducer, made specially for the performance EV market, features a choice of gear ratios, self-locking differential, oil pump and various mounting plates so it can be easily customized and fitted to different setups.

Based in western France with U.S. headquarters in Mooresville, NC, SADEV has been supplying high-performance, high-end equipment for 2WD and 4WD, along with differentials, to private customers, professionals, chassis manufacturers and car makers for over five decades.
