King Engine Bearings Releases PRI Show Technical Seminar Video

King Engine Bearings has released the video of a standing room only technical seminar conducted at the 2010 Performance Racing Industry Trade Show  (PRI Show) in Orlando, Fla. The video of the seminar, "Engine Bearing Material Selection" by Dr. Kopeliovich, King’s research and development manager, is a nearly 50 minute presentation that is now available to view at www.kingbearings.com/tech_materials.php.

As Dr. Kopeliovich pointed out at his seminar, although engine bearings are small and relatively inexpensive they are "definitely not simple." He told the PRI audience that he has dedicated his career to help people understand engine bearings.

The video of Dr. Kopeliovich’s presentation will be of particular interest to engine builders and race teams who want to gain an in-depth understanding of engine bearing properties, engine bearing materials structure, composition, characteristics and applications. His seminar also helps people understand how engine parameters affect bearings operation, how to test engine bearing materials, and the causes of engine bearing failures.

And on Wednesday, June 22, the production engine remanufacturers association (PERA) will host a webinar titled, "Engine Bearing Materials and Failure Analysis," with a presentation from Dr. Kopeliovich.
