Gunk and Liquid Wrench Brands Give Away 1968 Chevelle SS

Page entered the giveaway in
August, when the 2011 Serious Solutions Tour was visiting the 10th
Annual Quick Fuel Technology NMCA Muscle Car Nationals in Bowling Green,
Ky. He was selected randomly from more than 50,000 entrants.

The Chevelle traveled with the Serious Solutions Tour, showcasing its
newly restored body and engine, courtesy of GUNK and Liquid Wrench
branded cleaners, degreasers, lubricants and penetrants.

“We’re thrilled to present the restored 1968 Chevelle SS to Levi,” said Aaron Martin, director of marketing for RSC Chemical Solutions,
parent company of Gunk and Liquid Wrench. “There’s no doubt that this
vehicle is one that any auto enthusiast would be pleased to have in his
collection. The restoration of the Chevelle was a tribute to the
automotive workers in this country who are still proud to get their
hands dirty, and the RSC team was happy to return this unique muscle car
back to the American icon for which it is known.”

The Serious Solutions Tour and restored Chevelle traversed the country
from April through September, with its final stop at the SEMA Show in
Las Vegas this past November. Gunk and Liquid Wrench product fans
followed the Chevelle restoration process and the Serious Solutions Tour
at www.SSTour2011.com.

“I entered my name to win the car, but I never really thought I’d
actually win,” said Page. “I still can’t believe it’s mine! Looking at
the before and after photos, I’m amazed at the work that the Gunk and
Liquid Wrench team put into it, and I can’t wait to show it off and
proudly drive it through the middle of Bowling Green.”

The 2011 Serious Solutions Tour kicked off on April 23 at the Koss Motor
Sports Car Show in Gwinnett, Ga., and stopped at more than 30 events
across the country, including the Woodward Dream Cruise in Detroit. At
each stop, fans learned how to tackle their toughest automotive and DIY
challenges using Gunk and Liquid Wrench-branded products through on-site
demos and product samples.
