Held during the 2016 AAPEX Show, this year’s enhanced Remanufacturing Experience will feature the largest ever reman show at AAPEX, with a 20 percent increase in the size of the section and more than 100 remanufacturing-related booths throughout the show. All total, the event will include more than 52,000 square feet of remanufacturing-affiliated space.

In addition to the exhibits, buyers will have the opportunity to attend REMANedu on Monday, Oct. 31, the day before the official start of AAPEX. The multi-faceted education and networking forum will feature industry experts who will showcase their company’s remanufactured parts and technologies, along with the processes that go into successful reman operations. The program will wrap up with a panel of company leaders providing insight and outlook for remanufacturing in 2017. The one-day program will provide the opportunity to network with industry professionals of which 45 percent are C-level executives. It will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., PST, at The Venetian, Marco Polo rooms and is included in AAPEX registration.

A Remanufacturing Reception (by invitation only) on Wednesday, Nov. 2, at Aquaknox in The Venetian will round out this year’s program.

The Remanufacturing Experience at AAPEX is co-sponsored by the Auto Care Association, www.autocare.org, and the Motor & Equipment Remanufacturers Association, www.mera.org.

AAPEX will take place Tuesday, Nov. 1 through Thursday, Nov. 3, at the Sands Expo in Las Vegas, with AAPEXedu sessions starting on Monday, Oct. 31.

AAPEX 2016 is expected to feature more than 2,200 exhibitors and 45,000 targeted buyers. Approximately 160,000 automotive aftermarket professionals from more than 140 countries are projected to be in Las Vegas during AAPEX.

AAPEX represents the $356 billion global aftermarket auto parts industry, and is co-owned by the Auto Care Association and the Automotive Aftermarket Suppliers Association (AASA), the light vehicle aftermarket division of the Motor & Equipment Manufacturers Association (MEMA).
