The Production Engine Remanufacturers Association (PERA) will host a free webinar on Wednesday, January 18 2017. The subject – “Racing Bearing Lubrication, Clearances & Geometric Tolerances” – will be presented by Ron Sledge of King Engine Bearings.

“Just when you think you know all about bearings, Ron comes up with new insights into helping your engines last,” explains Joe Polich, executive vice president of PERA. “Don’t miss this all new webinar on Ron’s continuing series on engine bearings!”

During the webinar, Sledge will explain how lubrication, clearances and geometric tolerances work together to provide trouble free bearing operation in your racing engines. Learn how bearing eccentricity, oil viscosity and oil clearance affect the stability of the oil film necessary to protect bearing surfaces during very high loads and RPMs.
