In today’s high tech world, modern oscilloscopes offer a multitude of analysis tools enabling engineers and technicians to gain insight into circuit behavior then quickly find problems and document results.

This hands-on workshop will explain how to maximize bandwidth, sample rate, memory, and provide an overview on a wide range of scope hardware and software tools and capabilities for analysis and debugging.

The following topics will be covered:

  • Oscilloscope Basics: bandwidth, sample rate, memory
  • Signal Acquisition and Conditioning methods
  • Basic Math and Measurement tools
  • Viewing the Signal
  • Intermittent Event Capture
  • Pass/Fail limit Testing
  • Document and Reporting Results

Who should attend:  Engineers and Technicians who use oscilloscopes and want to learn the technology and techniques to improve debugging skills, measurement accuracy and automated test.

How will attendees learn:  Oscilloscopes will be available for demonstration and hands-on learning.  The attendees will learn through lecture, discussion and practical exercises using the oscilloscope.
