“With more than 98 years of engineering and manufacturing expertise, we verify all products meet and / or exceed OE specifications by design and problem solve common fail points where possible,” said Rodrigo Alvarez Wittman, sales manager for Cloyes in Mexico. “We are excited to highlight our new products in the Jalisco region of Mexico after releasing these products to the market throughout 2019.”

Cloyes’ new branding strategy will also be on display in the Cloyes exhibition stand during the three-day show. The branding strategy, which includes a refreshed logo, was developed to communicate the nearly-100-year history of the company, the quality of its automotive timing products, and its commitment to supporting its customers and the automotive aftermarket.

“Cloyes’ growth strategy, which Mexico is an important piece of, is focused on our brand strength, product expertise, and excellent distribution capabilities,” said John Bohenick, chief executive officer for Cloyes. “We have improved communications and promotional activities in Mexico while ensuring our product development, cataloging of parts, and distribution of orders remain at the high quality levels our customers expect.”

Cloyes has been conducting business in Mexico since 2004 and its brands of Cloyes, Dynagear, and CY-LENT are the leading aftermarket brands of timing drive system components and kits.
