CRP Industries Builds Growth with Core Brand Innovations and Manufacturing

A key component of the company’s vision is the continued growth of core brands: REIN Automotive Parts, Pentosin Technical Fluids, AAE Steering System Components and AJUSA Gaskets, as well as the power transmission and fluid transfer product lines offered by CRP’s industrial division.

CRP Industries (crpindustries.com), a leader in automotive parts and industrial products, is focusing its resources in the future growth of the company. A key component of the company’s vision is the continued growth of core brands: REIN Automotive Parts, Pentosin Technical Fluids, AAE Steering System Components and AJUSA Gaskets, as well as the power transmission and fluid transfer product lines offered by CRP’s industrial division.

The recent sale of the company’s U.S. based, Continental/ContiTech branded belt and belt kit program to Continental provides CRP the opportunity to deliver more support for both its automotive and industrial brands. The sale did not affect CRP Mexico, which will continue to market and sell Continental brands as a Master Distributor in Mexico.

CRP Industries will continue to build on a very strong presence in the aftermarket with its core brands. The REIN and Pentosin brands are growing rapidly with both existing and new customers as well as the introduction of new product line offerings and increased application coverage. Meanwhile, the AAE brand has propelled CRP on to the leading edge of the electric power steering remanufacturing industry with its recent Manufactured Again Certification from MERA, Best Reman Business Innovation Award from ReMaTec, and the opening of a new and advanced 50,000 sq. ft. manufacturing complex in South Carolina.

Dan Schildge, CEO, CRP Industries, noted, “This is an exciting time for the entire CRP organization, and this sale not only makes us stronger but also more competitive. Over the past few years, we have established a strong connection with professional repair technicians as part of our vision to be the service-market partner for solving problems caused by advanced technology. This need will continue to increase, and we are in an excellent position to meet it with innovation and viable solutions that help professional repair technicians get the job done efficiently, affordably, and right, the first time.”

Schildge added, “We value greatly our long standing 65-year relationship with Continental. We wish them the best of success and will make every effort to ensure that this transaction works as smoothly as possible for all of our customers.”
