VP Racing Fuels Expands Relationship with IMSA

VP Racing Fuels, Inc. announced its Stay Frosty Coolant Line has been named the Official Performance Coolant of IMSA, representing an expansion of their relationship through the conclusion of the 2027 season.

“We are excited to expand our relationship with IMSA beyond our industry-leading race fuels, as our Stay Frosty coolants are now the ‘Official Performance Coolant of IMSA,’” said Bruce Hendel, vp of North American sales – race fuel and consumer products for VP Racing Fuels. “Our water-based, glycol-free race-ready version reduces engine temps up to 30°F and cylinder head temps up to 75°F. And our hi-performance street version also lowers engine and cylinder temps. Reducing engine temperatures improves power and reliability for IMSA race teams and fans.”

VP and IMSA initiated an official fuel supplier partnership in 2014 and extended that relationship in 2017 with the signing of a long-term agreement that included IMSA representation at VP branded gas stations and c-stores and on VP products sold through local and national retail and wholesale distribution channels.

“VP Racing Fuels continues to innovate through the development of the new Stay Frosty product, which is one of the many reasons we are proud to have the company as an IMSA Partner,” said David Pettit, IMSA senior vp, marketing and business pperations. “VP continues to find ways to enhance the racing landscape and simultaneously keep our fans in mind. Not only are we thrilled to support the new product line, but also to further strengthen the commitment our two businesses have to each other.”
