VP Racing Fuels Named Official Fuel of Talladega Short Track

VP Racing Fuels, Inc. today announced their new association with the Talladega Short Track as Official Fuel.

“The Talladega Short Track is one of the most iconic grassroots dirt oval racing venues in the country, known for Dirt Trackin’ Southern Style,” said Chris Wall, East Coast Race Fuel Sales, OEM Relations and National Sponsorships. “This new association featuring VP race fuel as the Official Fuel, as well as VP racing lubricants, will give drivers the edge they need to compete among the best on the track.”

First roaring to an opening in April of 1977, the action takes place on the Talladega stock car track every Saturday night from mid-March through mid-October. On Friday nights, the racing action is on the 1/6 mile Raceway Park go-kart facility from April through September with go-kart and Junior Late Model Racing.

“VP Racing Fuels and Lubricants are unmatched in their quality and horsepower advantages,” said Adam Stewart, Owner of Talladega Short Track. “When deciding what was best to stock and provide for our customers and competitors, we were determined to choose VP. VP’s commitment to short track racing is also unmatched, and we are excited to bring the best products from the best company to Talladega.”
