Aeromotive Brushless Fuel Pump

The new Aeromotive 7.0 and 10.0 GPM Brushless Spur Gear Pumps come equipped with a True Variable Speed controller and can support up to 6,900 horsepower.

Aeromotive has developed two new fuel pumps for the Brushless Line – seven gallons per minute and 10 gallons per minute. The new Brushless Spur Gear Pumps also come with Aeromotive’s new True Variable Speed technology for increased pump life.

The 7.0 and 10.0 GPM Brushless Gear Pumps are constructed to deliver the large quantity of fuel demanded by extremely high horsepower street, off-road and racing applications while optimizing overall efficiency. Like other pumps in the Brushless Line series, both of the new pumps come equipped with the True Variable Speed controller which helps extend the life of the pump by decreasing fuel pump speed during low-demand periods by reducing current draw and cycle rate, resulting in cooler fuel temperatures.

The 7.0 GPM fuel pump is capable of supporting naturally aspirated gasoline applications up to 4,800 horsepower, naturally aspirated E-85 ethanol applications up to 3,360 horsepower, forced-induction gasoline applications up to 3,400 horsepower and forced-induction E-85 ethanol applications up to 2,380 horsepower. For those looking for even more volume, the 10.0 GPM fuel pump is capable of supporting naturally aspirated gasoline applications up to 6,900 horsepower, naturally aspirated E-85 ethanol applications up to 4,830 horsepower, forced-induction gasoline applications up to 4,900 horsepower and forced-induction E-85 ethanol applications up to 3,450 horsepower.

Aeromotive’s new 7.0 and 10.0 GPM Brushless Spur Gear Pumps are available with the signature body, inline sleeve or in-tank module. Both pumps come with AN-12 inlet, AN-10 outlets and the True Variable Speed controller. Each pump is capable of flow rates up to seven gallons per minute or 10 gallons per minute, respectively, at 13.5-volts and are backed by Aeromotive’s one-year limited warranty. Now available for pre-order, pumps will be ready to ship in early 2020.
