CP-Carrillo is highlighting its 2020 Kawasaki Teryx KRX1000 pistons and rods for the Kawasaki ATV/UTV turbo and naturally aspirated engines. Part #M3040 features a 92mm stock bore and 9.5:1 compression turbo piston, while part #M3041 features a 92mm stock bore and 12:1 naturally aspirated piston. Part #13220 are the connecting rods.
The pistons are manufactured from forged 2618 alloy for added structural support, strength and durability. These Teryx pistons include all of the company’s engineering enhancements, including anti-detonation grooves (turbo application), accumulator groove, pick lock grooves and double force-fed pin oilers with reservoir groove, precision pin fitting, and custom cam profiles.
The Teryx rods are made from USA-made forgings and incorporate Carrillo’s H-beam design. Both pistons and rods are available off the shelf and include custom features incorporating CP-Carrillo high standards and consistent quality.
All piston kits include rings, wrist pins and locks, and all rods are supplied with CARR fasteners for maximum reliability and clamping force.
