Assembling and disassembling the cylinder head is one of the most common jobs in the auto machine shop. There are a variety of tools available for this and today we’re featuring our Manual Valve Spring Bench (CF-500).

This unit is designed for easy removal and installation of valve spring on heads with recessed springs. The frame is designed to tilt up to 25º in either direction to accommodate canted valves and you can adjust the head supports to a variety of positions. There are a lot more bells and whistles built into this unit, but rather than bore you with a lot of words we created a video showing how easy it is to use.
