Goodson Tools & Supplies Buys Kwik-Way Valve Seat Grinder Tooling

Goodson Corporate_Lg.jpg - resizedGoodson Tools & Supplies for Engine Builders announced the purchase of all assets of Kwik-Way Valve Seat Tooling division.

According to David Monyhan, Goodson National Sales Manager, “We’re very proud to have the opportunity to manufacture and distribute Kwik-Way valve seat grinding tools and supplies. Kwik-Way has a reputation for quality within the industry that Goodson is proud to carry on.”

Dennis Mullarkey, Kwik-Way National Sales Manager, echoed Monyhan’s enthusiasm, “Having Goodson purchase this product line is a great outcome. Their reputation for quality and service closely mirrors our own. We, at Kwik-Way, are confident that Goodson will build on the traditions we have established.”

Monyhan said the electric seat drivers will be offered for both Kwik-Way and Sioux. In addition, Goodson will continue to offer the grinding wheel specs developed by Kwik-Way.

Monyhan added Goodson will also be manufacturing the original KW stone holders and wheel dressers to complete the full seat grinding kit.

Goodson hopes to be shipping parts by June  2014.

Santa Maria Speedway to Reopen

Santa Maria Speedway, a dirt oval located in Nipomo, CA, is reopening after closing in November 2022, according to a report from the Santa Maria Times.
