Stewart-Haas Racing and Ford Performance to Team Up Starting in 2017 NASCAR Season

Ford Performance has announced Stewart-Haas Racing will switch to Ford as its auto manufacturer partner starting with the 2017 NASCAR season. The multiyear agreement means that, beginning with Daytona Speedweeks in February 2017, the four-car Stewart-Haas Racing team will race the Ford Fusion with Ford engines prepared by Roush Yates Engines.

Kyle Busch Secures NASCAR Cup Title

Kyle Busch, driver of the No. 18 M&Ms Crispy Toyota Camry, added his name to the history books by becoming the 2015 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series champion. Busch secured his career-first Sprint Cup title in Sunday’s Ford EcoBoost 400 at Homestead-Miami (Fla.) Speedway, the finale of the 10-race Chase for the Sprint Cup.

Tony Stewart Announces His Retirement From Racing

After 17 years competing at NASCAR’s highest level, Tony Stewart has decided his 18th year in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series will be his last. The three-time series champion will retire following the 2016 season, whereupon Clint Bowyer will take the wheel of the No. 14 machine in 2017.
