COMP Cams has developed a new titanium retainer specifically for the #7245 Dual Conical Valve Spring, meeting the demands of the most competitive circle track racers. In response to the demands of competitive circle track racing, this new titanium retainer has been designed using Finite Element Analysis in order to utilize the lightweight of titanium, while still providing the strength and reliability for which COMP Cams valvetrains are known.

Each retainer is CNC-machined from 6AL-4V titanium to exact tolerances using CAD/CAM software, which ensures the manufactured components precisely match the design. Combined with the#7245 Dual Conical Valve Springs, this setup will get every last bit of RPM and horsepower from your race engine.
