The Graymills CTU SonicMAX console is a portable and environmentally friendly ultrasonic cleaning system. Self-contained and portable, the CTU-Series of ultrasonic cleaning systems are built for long-term, continuous, reliable, precision cleaning.
The console’s small footprint make these units ideal for job site “cell” cleaning applications or where space is critical. All models feature self-enclosed design with stainless steel, corrosion-resistant tanks, lift-off covers, and casters for mobility.
Units operate at standard 230V single phase power. Many options available including stainless steel parts baskets, workrests, filtration, and oil removal for all models.
CTU Standard Features
- Digital controls for ultrasonic and heater functions with and temperature settings up to 160°F
- 40kHz ultrasonic with built-in sweep technology
- Adjustable power intensity control on the control panel
- Heavy-duty, 12 gauge, 316L stainless steel tank, double TIG welded for durability
- Double wall all stainless steel construction with four 5″ industrial locking swivel castors
- Built for loads up to 250 lbs.
- All the CTU units have drain with valve
- Stainless Steel Workrests for keeping heavy parts off tank bottom sold separately
- Parts baskets sold separately (contact factory)
CTU Packages:
Base Model – Simple tank with sonics. (Only available on CTU3612)
Pump & Filter* – Adds 4gpm circulation pump and 10” 20-micron filter.
Weir & Skimmer* – Adds 4gpm circulation pump, 10” 20-micron filter, sparger on left side of unit, weir ports and auxiliary tank to the right side of the machine, and oil skimmer in weir area. (Not available on CTU 3612)
