D-Zolve 339 from Solvent Kleene, Inc. is an industrial grade carbon dissolver that removes carbon and burnt on oil deposits produced by engine combustion. Parts can either be placed in an immersion tank at room temperature, or it can be applied to a surface via spray. D-Zolve is suitable for use with all ferrous and non-ferrous metals including aluminum carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium, magnesium and others. D-Zolve 339 does not require any wastewater treatment, dust-control, or air scrubbing equipment.
In an immersion tank, the cleaner dissolves and emulsifies difficult to remove oils and carbon deposits. Adding agitation to the immersion tank significantly accelerates the cleaning process. The product’s advanced chemistry enables it to break the bond between the deposits left following combustion and the metal substrate. Devoid of any water content, it will not promote oxidation.
D-Zolve 339 is designed to minimize health and safety hazards. It contains no halogens and no CFCs. It is non-flammable, non-corrosive, and non-ozone depleting. Used at room temperature, no heating is required.
D-Zolve 339 is available in both 55-gallon drums and 5-gallon pails.
