| Holley has released a large assortment of new products from it’s Earl’s Performance Plumbing division – electric water pump adapters, submersible Vapor Guard fuel hose, OEM fuel rail fittings, AN port plugs, quick connect fittings and more. Electric Water Pump Adapters These new billet block adapters allow the use of a Big Block Chevy electric water pump on the GM LS engine. These adapters feature (2) -12 AN O-ring female outlet ports for routing coolant back to the radiator. The 1/8″ NPT port on the sides of the adapters allow a convenient hook-up for the steam tube outlet (eliminates modification of the radiator or water pump when installing the steam tube plumbing). This part includes the two-block adapters, gaskets, and mounting bolts. Fuel Module Quick Connect Earls Fuel Rail & Fuel Module quick connect fittings allow an easy way to upgrade to billet fuel rails or an in-tank fuel module while retaining the stock OEM style fuel hose. These adapters have -8 AN O-ring boss port fittings on one end and the OEM style 5/16″ fuel rail style connection on the other end. Constructed from stainless steel and aluminum in a 90 degree angle. OEM Fuel Hose Adapter Fitting Earl’s OEM fuel hose adapter fittings are a slick easy way to use AN plumbing with late-model OE fuel rails & fuel lines. The 5/16″ SAE standard connection fits most vehicles with an easy, one handed motion. AN Port Plugs w/ Modern Design These new AN port plugs feature a slim, modern lightweight design with an internal Allen head hex. The design of these plugs is more attractive than traditional port plugs, and they are available in blue or black anodized finish. Made from 2024 aluminum, the -3 AN to -6 AN sized plugs are available in pairs and the larger sizes are sold individually. O.E. Fuel Line EFI Quick Connect The Earl’s Vapor Guard™ product line has been expanded to include O.E. fuel line quick connect fittings. These adapter fittings allow an easy way to re-use existing OEM fuel rails, fuel filters, and other components when doing an engine swap, or upgrading to Vapor Guard™ (or other AN Plumbing). Each fitting has a -6 AN Male Flare, and a metal retainer nut for a secure leak-free connection to the 5/16” or 3/8” SAE style fuel tube. Constructed from 6061 T6 aluminum w/ black anodized finish. Submersible Vapor Guard Hose Earls Vapor Guard™ submersible fuel hose is ideal for use inside fuel tanks to attach the in-tank fuel pump or pickup. Most other fuel hoses are designed to handle fuel only the inside of the hose & can cause damage to the hose when submerged in fuel. Ideal for use w/ race gas, pump gas, alcohol & ethanol blend gasoline, biodiesel, and diesel fuel. Available in 5/16” or 3/8” sizes and sold in 2-foot lengths. With a temperature range of -40⁰ F to 302⁰ F and a maximum working pressure of 100 psi, the new Vapor Guard™ hose exceeds SAE 30R10 standards.
