EngineQuest (EQ) has announced that Chris Abelson of Sioux City, Iowa was the Grand Prize winner in the company’s “Head to Vegas” promotion. Abelson won a trip for two to attend IMCA’s Duel in the Desert season finale event at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway from November 12-14.
Other “Head to Vegas” promotion winners included, Barbara Lacien of Dyer, Ind. Her First Prize was a set of two high performance EQ Cylinder Heads.
Second Prize winners received IMCA branded prize packages. The recipients included: John Osgood of Ceres, Calif., Lori Crowder of Lincoln, Neb., Gail Crawford of Chandler, Texas, Becky McKone of Burton, Mich., Jade Miller of Severance, Colo., Chad Tenski of Farmington, N.M., Robert Sprague of Meadview, Ariz., Carlton Williams of Elizabeth City, N.C., Stephen Davis of Huron, Ohio, and Joe Pucciarelli of Gray, Tenn.
The Third Prize winners were awarded EQ branded prize packages and included: Isabel Figel of Kailua, Hawaii, Todd Gaston of Oklahoma City, Okla., Louis Davila of Henderson, N.V., Jeff Graefe of Williford, Ark., Glen Brown of West Point, Utah, Tory Yant of Ennis, Texas, Stan Nichols of Harlan, Iowa, Don Mathis of Union, Ky., Cope Mize of Duncanville, Ala., and Johnny Smithson of Camden, N.C.
This is the third year that EngineQuest has sponsored the EQ Cylinder Heads Wild West Modified Tour and the first year to sponsor the “Head to Vegas” promotion. EQ is the exclusive supplier of the CH350I Spec head for both IMCA Sport Mod and Hobby Stock classes.
