Manufacturas Diversas S.A. de C.V. has reached an agreement in principal to acquire the manufacturing and distribution assets of the ROL Manufacturing of America engine gasket division in the United States, Canada and Mexico. Court approval is expected in the next 30 days.

Manufacturas Diversas plans to operate the acquired business in the United States and Canada as ROL Tech. The business will be headquartered at the former ROL facility in Orlando, FL. Several key ROL employees in the areas of sales, marketing, product development, engineering and customer service will join the new company.
