Scorpion Endurance Series shaft-mount rocker arms are over-engineered so your engine’s valvetrain timing stays rock-solid race after race. That’s a really big deal at high rpm where stud-mount rockers deflect and move around, which will cost you horsepower and increase valvetrain wear.
Endurance Series rocker arms feature fully-radiused bodies CNC-machined from 7000 Series aluminum. The bodies are micropeened and blasted to reduce residual stresses, and are fitted with a needle bearing fulcrum and roller tip. Assembled rockers weigh just 120 grams and clear valve springs up to 1.650″ in diameter.
Other features include:
• .562″ centerless ground, ATM-certified, bearing-quality steel rocker shafts
• .625″ of adjuster engagement
• 4140 steel rocker stands heat-treated for long life
• Mounting hardware and self-locking rocker nuts included
Scorpion Endurance Series Shaft-Mount Roller Rocker Arms are available for Gen I small block Chevy and small block Ford in these ratios:
• Chevy: 1.5, 1.6, 1.65, 1.7, 1.75, 1.8
• Ford: 1.6 and 1.65
You can get Endurance Series rocker arms for Chevy in half-ratio and mixed-ratio sets. In addition, .200″ and .450″ offset rockers are also available.
Summit Racing also carries Scorpion’s Stinger Upgrade Kit to take your Endurance Series rocker arms to the next level. The kit includes solid bronze bushings with helical-cut oil grooves to deliver pressurized oil to the rocker arms and valve springs. That increases parts life and actually extends the rockers’ RPM range.
