Radium Direct Mount Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator

Radium Engineering has launched a unique adjustable fuel pressure regulator design with the introduction of its universal Direct Mount Regulator (DMR). The compact design of the Radium DMR requires only 2.5" of clearance space at the end of a fuel rail, making it the perfect solution for applications with close tolerances or in engine bays that do not have accessible space for remote mounting.

Radium Engineering has launched a unique adjustable fuel pressure regulator design with the introduction of its universal Direct Mount Regulator (DMR). The compact design of the Radium DMR requires only 2.5″ of clearance space at the end of a fuel rail, making it the perfect solution for applications with close tolerances or in engine bays that do not have accessible space for remote mounting. Its unique swivel inlet fitting adapts directly to any fuel rail with a -8AN ORB port which eliminates the need for external mounting and additional fuel lines. This makes the DMR a perfect solution for simplifying the plumbing of a high-flow fuel injection system set up.
The DMR uses the same internals as the popular Radium Engineering MPR (Multi-Pump Regulator), with O-ring sealed ports (including the return port) and interchangeable return orifices that match the regulator to the pump flow. Two opposing -6AN ORB ports are machined into the regulator and either port can be used for the return line using the included fittings. Fuel pressure is adjusted by turning the preloaded set screw on the top of the DMR. The DMR can be clocked 360 degrees when mounting to accommodate most fuel system designs.
The Radium DMR has a 1:1 vacuum reference for boosted vehicles and its high flow design is tested to regulate over 1,400 liters per hour of fuel flow. Interchangeable return orifices allow it to be used with practically any horsepower output of a fuel injected system. The DMR is fully anodized for compatibility with ethanol blended fuels and all types of gasoline.
