Dorman Releases EGR Cooler Kit for 2004-’10 Ford 6.0L Diesel Engines

Dorman Products has released an updated EGR Cooler Kit for 2004-’10 Ford 6.0L diesel engines.

The part is re-engineered with a straight tube core design focused on eliminating original failure modes.

The EGR cooler is a complete kit with all gaskets and hardware included (P/N 904-262).

Manufactured specifically for Ford’s 6.0L V8 engines,  Dorman’s EGR Cooler is quality-engineered to cool exhaust gas and recirculate it back to the engine. This updated cooler prevents coolant from leaking into the exhaust manifold and may protect the engine from extensive damage.

Other features of the kit include:

  • Comes with everything for a complete repair, including all necessary O-rings, gaskets, and hardware
  • Manufacturing materials include durable steel
  • A necessary replacement item for reducing nitrous oxide emissions and passing state inspection
