Made in the USA from billet bearing steel and finished on Landis grinders, the cams have a 4/7 firing order (1-8-7-3-6-5-4-2). This helps reduce vibration and bearing wear and improves combustion chamber cooling for reduced detonation. Changing the cylinder pairing from 5/7 to 4/2 can help you pick up more power in the midrange and a small amount up top with no other changes.
Pro BBC 4-7 Swap Hydraulic Roller Camshafts have wide lobe separations and more advance ground in. Although the advance may seem larger than normal, it’s designed for maximum power under the curve. Just install your cam straight up and you’re good to go.

• Cams rated at .700- to .741-inch lift are designed around the newest generation of PAC dual springs in the 1.400-1.500 inch range.
